Kent Ridge International School (KIS) was established with the aim of becoming a school of scholars by nurturing young generation to be potential human resources which are full of knowledge and uphold integrity. Academic Supervisor
Responsible:
- Monitor student learning and ensure that student learning is on par with the school curriculum.
- Work with teachers to ensure that high quality education is delivered.
- Formulate academic calendar and timetable for students and teachers.
- Attend and conduct educational trainings as needed.
- Initiate new academic activities for students to participate.
- Address the parents’ and students’ concern regarding the students’ learning and their emotional wellbeing.
- Facilitate students’ participation in local and international competitions which are beneficial to their academic development.
- Assist students to set goals and improve their academic performance.
- Execute tasks assigned by supervisor or the management team.
- Hold a minimum of a Bachelor Degree of Education or equivalent.
- Be result oriented and good at time management and planning.
- Have experiences in working with international school is an advantage.
- Be responsive and responsible for the tasks in charge.
- Be fluent in writing and speaking in English and Khmer languages.
- Have an open mindset and be willing to learn and contribute.
Responsible:
- Assist teachers with the organization of classroom activities.
- Take care of students’ wellbeing and safety.
- Assist teachers with material preparation for classroom.
- Look after students’ behavior and hygiene to ensure a comfortable and safe learning environment.
- Execute tasks assigned by subject teachers and the management team.

- Hold a minimum of high school certificate.
- Have at least 1 year experience in teaching-related position.
- Be able to write and speak in both Khmer and English.
- Be friendly and good with handling children.
- Be hardworking, patient, and responsible with the tasks assigned.
- Experience working with international school is an advantage.
