Responsibilities
- General start-up of restaurant business
- General customer service (including interpretation); Resolving customers' questions grievances, a professional manner. Ensuring that customers are served quality food in a timely manner.
- Sales management and Record income and expenses, and collaborate closely with account department
- Employee management (including shift management of hall staffs) and training. Appointing, inducting and mentoring new staff member . Coordinate communication between front door and kitchen staff. Arrange new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling training and ordering uniforms)
- Food and equipment management
- Hygiene management
- Prepare shift schedules
- Taking inventory of food supplies and other consumables, ordering necessary supplies as needed, and receiving deliveries
- Reviewing sales records to determine which menu items are most profitable.
- Arranging cleaning and maintenance services including trash removal, pest control, deep cleaning, and equipment maintenance, as needed
- Regularly inspecting all work areas to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
- Manage customer reservations and inquiries via multiple channels such as calls, WhatsApp, email, Facebook...etc
- Other Tasks assigned by Manager
Requirements
- Able to speak Japanese and English
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience
- Strong leadership skill with an affinity for capacity development.
- excellent conflict resolution abilities

- availability to work even holiday -weekends or overtime
- good on reporting skill
- Outstanding leadership and management skills.
