- Legal documents preparation and storage (physical & Digital)
- Creating and processing forms for purchasing request within Retail and Marketing department
- Assisting Retail Admin team in contract/letter/translation preparation
- Preparing internal communication MEMO
- Invoices handling with relevant team
- Handling and Controlling retail materials’ stocks
- Others day to day admin tasks
- Liaison tasks
- Working with internal retail team on monthly report collection or reminder
- Supporting team with materials distribution / coordination
- Working with other internal departments on documents processes and communication (EX: Purchasing team, marketing team)
- Work with station team on some communication and tasks
- Working on new idea to improve administrative works
- Work on different project that could streamline the business (extra if available)
- Researching on different area and topic to meet the business need (extra if available)
Requirements for the position
- Majoring in Accounting & finance, Corporate Governance / Admin, Legal, Auditing

- Excellence communication skills
- Great problem solving, time management and organization skills
- Good usage of IT skills (Strong Excel skills is a bonus)
- Good attention to details and organising work (documentation, organising files and paperwork, review document, wordings and understand etc).
- Period of intern: 6 months up to 1 year (paid internship)
