Project Management Intern
We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our team as an ERP Project Manager. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a values-driven company dedicated to accelerating the transition to regenerative agriculture. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing and improving the company processes, by overseeing the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

- Serve as the primary point of contact between our company and the ERP implementation partner, facilitating communication and ensuring project milestones are met.
- Oversee the implementation of various ERP modules, including MRP (production/inventory), CRM (sales/customer service), Admin, HR, and accounting.
- Collaborate with Husk departments to map out and optimize existing business processes within our company.
- Conduct thorough testing of the ERP system to ensure alignment with our company's needs and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive procedures for the final ERP modules, ensuring smooth integration and usability.
- Master in Engineering, Information Systems or similar, or currently enrolled in an engineering degree program
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical skills, rigorous, curious and enthusiastic
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- A keen interest in business process optimization and technology-driven solutions.
- Prior experience with ERP systems (preferred but not required).
