Husk Ventures (Cambodia) Co. Ltd. (HUSK) is a leading biofertilizer business with a pioneering model to transform rice husk into high quality organic fertilizers to regenerate soils and sequester carbon in Cambodia and beyond. HUSK was registered as a private limited business in Cambodia in 2019 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Husk Ventures SL., registered in Spain. We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:

Project Management Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our team as an ERP Project Manager. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a values-driven company dedicated to accelerating the transition to regenerative agriculture. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing and improving the company processes, by overseeing the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between our company and the ERP implementation partner, facilitating communication and ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Oversee the implementation of various ERP modules, including MRP (production/inventory), CRM (sales/customer service), Admin, HR, and accounting.
  • Collaborate with Husk departments to map out and optimize existing business processes within our company.
  • Conduct thorough testing of the ERP system to ensure alignment with our company's needs and objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive procedures for the final ERP modules, ensuring smooth integration and usability.
  • Master in Engineering, Information Systems or similar, or currently enrolled in an engineering degree program
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills, rigorous, curious and enthusiastic
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • A keen interest in business process optimization and technology-driven solutions.
  • Prior experience with ERP systems (preferred but not required).
