Position: Procurement Assistant (CDRI)__Deadline:03-March

Cambodia Development Resource Institute (CDRI), Cambodia's leading independent development policy research institute, is seeking to recruit one Procurement Assistant to assist in the Administrative and Operation Unit. The Procurement Assistant is mainly responsible for supporting the procurement process by helping with administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient procurement operations. The position is for twelve months, which is renewable.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven work experience as a procurement assistant, purchasing clerk, or similar role is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and documentation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and familiarity with financial processes is a plus.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to work, with a focus on achieving procurement objectives and deadlines.
