The
main purpose of the "Officer, Regulatory Compliance" does ensure
implement of supervisory regulation, Actively identify compliance risk,
and interpret banking-related regulation, Monitoring implementation of
new and existing regulation required by supervisory.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and monitor of compliance status (consoled compliance checklist, consoled compliance calendar report checklist and monthly compliance monitoring checklist) to regulations from public authorities.
- Review, monitor and test on prudential ratios and lender covenant compliance and prepare report to management.
- Conduct regulatory compliance training where necessary.
- Conduct onsite/offsite reviewing within Hattha Bank’s departments/ branches.
- Prepare report to group and management.
- Update to management and other departments of new/update regulations.
- Work closely and support departments regarding the implementation in compliance to public authorities.
- Undertake review of compliance PPMGUs under unit responsibilities.
- Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor or management.
Skills Specifications
- Bachelor degree in Finance/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1-year experience in banking and financial institution in field of internal control, AML, or risk management, or internal audit.
- Knowledge of principle banking and financial institution (BFI) operations, laws and regulations.
- Demonstrate the abilities to learn and interpret applicable laws and regulations.
- Computer literacy required (Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Email & Internet).
- Be able to work independently as well as collaborative with team environment.
- Analytical and technical skill, Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication.
