Microsoft Dinamic NAV
- Linked survey to customer number in survey list.
- Update writ off & Block from customer card to survey
- Control and assign user in NAV
- NAV data backup (stop doing when Blue is coming)
Synology NAS Datacenter
- Control and assign user in NAS
- Mapping folder in NAS
- Back up important document in NAS
Sever (Back up, Check spaces)
- Printing Monthly Billing invoices (All branches)
- Routine maintenance and monitoring of all computer, network and other office equipment
- Ensure smooth running of computer systems and the associated network and ensuring users get maximum benefits
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Set up new user accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Assisted users with network access and technical troubleshooting to reduce downtime.
- Maintenance (CCTV, Printer, Computer, Security camera, Router with DPLC to sub-Branch, Cloud System on Cloud Server and local Data Center,...)
- Internet (Check Mikrotik and coordinate with S.I all issue linked to internet.)
- Control Camera Security
- Control IT supplies &Fixed assets
- Prepare and facilitate electric equipment and software during meeting both face by face or online to make sure necessary equipment is presence and working well during the meeting:
- LED, Speaker, Microphone, Media communication, Webcam, Recorder.
- Control system hotline (Phone, Headset Server, Recorder)
Qualification
- Degree in Information Technology, or a related area
- 2 or 3 years of experience in related work.
- AWS Cloud server and local server maintenance.
- Knowledge whit ERP software (Microsoft Dynamic NAV 2016) is preference.
- Knowledge in Synology Drive NAS datacenter.
- Knowledge in IT Networking include Mikrotik Router Device and AP UNIFI LR
- Knowledge in Camrea Security CCTV (Hikvision, AVTECH,...)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…) with massive data.
- Highly responsible for work completion with accuracy and within deadline
- Good interpersonal Communication and problem-solving skill
- Confident and self-motivated
- Able to write, read and speak in English.
- Work independence and self-management.
- Strong desire to learn and commit to his/her further development.
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.
