We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
HR manages KFK Interviews and coordinate all hiring and staff welfare matters.

Responsible
- Process staff recruitment, short list, support interview and file properly
- Maintain HR documentation, policy procedure is up to date
- Prepare Human Resource policy and Procedure and other regulation, e if necessary
- Purchase and control admin assets and stock
- Join management meeting and track all meeting minute and file it properly
- Support training for all staffs schedule onboarding training, and ongoing training
- Work with Ministry of Labor for staff information submission, monthly NSSF, and insurance claimed if any
- Manage and plan all staff activities
- To join solving all issue relate to staff dispute/complain…etc., and with government officer relate to company’s personnel problem, truck issues…etc.
- Other duties or tasks as assigned by managers
Qualification
- University Degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
- Skills in administration and management.
- Good in English (writing and speaking).
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
- Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, and ministry rules.
- Some knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; and learning and motivation
- Good at communicating, resolving conflicts, negotiating, making decisions, and solving problem
- Demonstrate ability to work independently, trust worthily, and collaboratively;
- Strong commitment and flexible.
