Responsibilities or Duties:
–
Work closely with business stakeholders to get insightful needs,
objectives, and challenges by reviewing and analyzing requirements,
processes, and workflows in line with bank’s objectives.
– Utilize the technology and data to advise the business unit to improve the processes, products, services, or challenges.
– Collaborate with project owner to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with agreed budget and timeline.
– Collaborate with IT & Operation Department or vendor to propose
solutions that meet business needs by analyzing the design of technical
systems and business models.
– Prepare the project planning,
estimation, resource allocation, and monitor progress including
identifying potential risks or deviations from the plan.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
– Look for and recommend the new business technology tailored to the business requirements.
– Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.
– Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirement or Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration or related field.
– Proven work experience as project management or similar role in banking industry.
– Over 3 years in an IT Business Analyst.
– Good analytical skill with both technical and business mindset.
– Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
– Good at process flow design and documentation.
– Good at problem solving skill.
– Experience using with any of data analysis tool.
– Experience with Digital, Card Management System, Core Banking System, Business Intelligence would be recommended.
– Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
– Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
– Experience using computers and email for a variety of tasks and technical concept.
– Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Ms. Project.
– Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality.
