Sisters of Code, a non-profit educational program by IT Academy STEP Cambodia, is seeking motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our award-winning non-profit team. In this role, you will plan, ead, and manage key educational technology projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules for educational technology initiatives
- Clearly communicate project objectives, timelines, roles, and responsibilities to team members
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that could lead to project delays
- Monitor progress and prepare regular status reports for leadership and stakeholders
- Manage relationships and collaborate cross-functional y with staff, partners, and vendors
- Ensure projects adhere to budgetary and resource requirements
Requirements:
- Native Khmer speaker with excellent English communication skills
- 2+ years experience successfully managing complex technology/education projects
- Background in education program management preferred
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced non-profit environment
