Enfants d’Asie is a recognized public utility association certified by IDEAS label and established in 1991. Its aim is to help underprivileged children in Southeast Asia towards a better future for themselves and emerge from poverty in a sustainable way.
Enfants d’Asie is currently supporting more than 10,500 children from poor families in Cambodia, Laos, the Philippines and Vietnam. Enfants d’Asie provides them with a global accompaniment: from schooling to professional integration, including basic needs and moral support.
The association provides underprivileged young people with access to school and a stable career, thus ensuring a change in the situation of the child, her/his family and of the community, while contributing to the country's economic situation.

Enfants d’Asie in Cambodia
Since 1991, Enfants d'Asie has been working in Cambodia in collaboration with the Cambodian Ministry of Social Affairs and Ministry of Education.
Duties:
Secretary &: Administration
- Write official documents in Khmer/English under the supervision of the program manager
- Contribute to the operational tasks of the admin assistant during his/her absence
- Responsible of the database stakeholders and providers of Enfants d'Asie Cambodia: find quotations for the organization' children program such as school supplies, food, hygiene supplies.
- Assist all the process concerning the Letters communication between the beneficiaries and the sponsors: translate, organize the writing workshops, collecting the Letters, communicate with the official translators...
- Follow up on team meetings: take notes, send reports of the decisions made, organize meeting.
Social follow up
- Responsible for collecting, organizing and follow-up all the official documents folders regarding the beneficiaries
- Support the team in organizing the mission's field and accompany the team when needed
- Help the social worker team in the operational sponsorship distribution
- a Assist the program manager with the communication with the directors of the state orphanages, such as special children need, issues and other topics
Program management
- Assist the coordination of all the activities for the beneficiaries
- Compile data to elaborate and update official documents
- a Help to develop relevant partnership with NGOs to increase the quality of the support, especially for child protection, educational support and any other relevant programs
- a Update the relevant tools and documents to improve the quality of the programs
- Join punctual social inquiries and mission field work with social workers and program manager
- a Support social workers to orient children under grade 12 and to insure university or vocational training careers
- a Support all the integration process of the new social workers
- a Assist and check all the compile data and information regarding the children from the social workers teams (sales force, school year report, university fees ...) before transferring to the program manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in the field of administration, secretary, English, foreign languages or any other relevant subject
- Work experience required
- Excellent communication in Khmer and English or French
- Sense of initiative, creative, open and critical-minded
- Strong y motivated to work in a team with international staff
- High sense of integrity and honesty
- Commitment and responsibility values
- High sense of priorities and deadlines
- Multitasking profile.
