Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC) is a leading NGO, working on sexual reproductive health, including maternal, newborn health, and HIV/ AIDS. RHAC is implementing projects in 19 Provinces in Cambodia, with HIV project’s coverage in 13 provinces. RHAC is currently seeking the talented and committed qualified Cambodian candidates to fill the position of Community PrEP Coordinator.
Main Responsibilities
- The Community PrEP Coordinator plays a pivotal role in implementing and managing Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis programs in three provinces. The primary objective of Community PrEP is to reduce the incidence of HIV/AIDS among key populations by ensuring the accessibility, availability, and uptake of PrEP services in the community.
- The PrEP Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis program. This role involves working closely with healthcare providers, community organizations, and clients to ensure the effective delivery of PrEP services and the promotion of PrEP awareness and adherence.
- The PrEP Coordinator will monitor and coach PrEP Mentors for reaching the vulnerable group and capacity building/ skill to provincial staff and Outreach Worker on provide PrEP services by collaborate with the senior officers.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., public health, social work).
- Experience working in HIV prevention and community-based health programs.
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with diverse and marginalized populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to write and communicate in English.
