Roles and responsibilities:
Key Requirements:
- Overseeing, announcing, interviewing, selection process, and onboarding activities
- Recording employee’s information in the database, and manage employee’s hanging folders.
- Arranging visa extension for expat employees, medical reimbursement, etc
- Arranging NSSF, work permit, criminal background check
- Drafting new contract and manage contract renewal
- Maintaining employee records
- Preparing staff handbooks
- Interpreting and advising on employment law
- Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
- Planning, and sometimes delivering, training, including inductions for new staff
Key Requirements:
- A university degree
- Experience in a human resources role (preferred)
- High level of creativity & innovation
- High command of English (both written and spoken)
- Good administrative and organizational ability
- Good planning ability and with attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Strong commitment to professional integrity and ethical conduct
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
