Sponsor Relations Intern (SRI)
Department : Sponsorship Unit
Location : Kratie Office, ChildFund Cambodia (with possible job secondment to other target areas if needed)
Employment : Full Time, initial one year employment agreement, with option to extend upon mutual agreement
Reports to : Provincial Manager

KEY DUTIES
- Assigning work and preparing working form for freelancer translators
- Recording translated correspondence into HIVE system (change status into “ready for translation”)
- Collecting translated CCs/SM from freelance translators and properly arrange in SR server Drive
- Preparing E-letter in sponsor’s e-mail for freelance translators
- Verifying number of CCs/SM with freelance translator and double check on the translation
- Quality checking CCs received from field office
- Assisting Sponsor Relations Coordinator to unpack or log SM into HIVE/Bridge
- Packaging completed CCs to sponsors by alliance office
- Packaging SMs from sponsor and send to field office
- Scanning CCs from field and upload into LTE for ChildFund International
- Scanning RL/CIL from field and send to Korea
- Printing out translated donor portal from LTE to send out to field office
- Making copy of required SR documents
- Doing other SR administration work assigned by Sponsor Relations Coordinator
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- University student;
- Willing to take administrative works;
- Ability to complete tasks on time with quality;
- Good command of Khmer and English languages;
- Good computer knowledge;
- Honest and good team work.
- Remain alert and responsive to any child safeguarding or sexual
exploitation, abuse or harassment (SEAH) risks, acquire relevant
knowledge and skills to promote strong safeguarding practices,
understand the child safeguarding and PSEAH policy and procedures, and
conduct yourself consistent with those policies.
