Job Title : Member Service and Development Manager (MSDM)
Report To : Head of Communications Department
Working Location : CMA Office in Phnom Penh
I- Job Objective:
The main role of MSDM is to maintain good relations with all CMA members and to host various events in order to ensure the prosperity and sustainability of microfinance sector in Cambodia.
II- Duties and Responsibility:
- Develop goals and action plans for membership development and retention, including corporate sponsorships.
- Provide analysis of existing programmatic and membership materials as well as membership retention rates and opportunities for improvement.
- Explore opportunities to promote the work of members
- Develop regular mechanisms for providing excellent customer service to existing corporate partners and relationship building with prospective partners.
- Identify, recruit, provide member services and track benefits provided to corporate sponsors to ensure that all sponsors receive benefits offered.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective members and others.
- Design member recruitment campaigns with the ability to set targets and follow through on new member inquiries
- Manage various events for the microfinance sector
- Manage CMA’s existing corporate partners and identify new opportunities for membership benefit incentives including corporate relationship programs
- Oversee Membership survey and track membership engagement
- Ensure member’s concerns are addressed timely and through a versatile communication channel.
- Manage MFI client complaints handling mechanism
- Support CMA’s other activities
III. Job Requirement & Qualification:
- Minimum experience of 3 years in similar field
- University degree in business administration or related field
- Strong customer service and member relation mindset
- Strong commitment to CMA’s Vision, Mission and value.
- Available to join mission at provincial level
- Good command in English.
- Computer literacy
- Effectively work in a team environment
- Willing to learn, passionate about personal development and growth
- Flexible attitude with positive mindset
- Experience in marketing is a plus but not required
- Women are strongly encouraged to apply
Salary per Annum: USD 12,000 – USD 15,000 (inclusive of taxes)
