This is an opportunity to join one of Cambodia’s most respected healthcare organisations. The Supporter Care Officer will play a key role supporting and developing within a thriving and driven multi-cultural team with high growth targets to increase reliable funding for AHC now and in the future.
AHC’s Fundraising Department promotes continuous staff learning and development, and this role will encounter opportunities to build diverse and marketable skills. The Individual Giving team works in close collaboration with colleagues from other fundraising teams as well as the Finance team.
Responsibilities
- Administration support in the office to the Individual Giving team including using the telephone, email, writing letters, logging donations and filing
- Providing outstanding donor relations and appreciation, including Regular Giving sign ups
- Gift administration and Certificate of Appreciation production – ensuring donors receive prompt, appropriate and thoughtful thanks
- Work closely with Visitor Centre team and finance to ensure accurate tracking of gifts
- Assist with database administration, data entry and data cleaning
- Manage the communications materials stock for the Fundraising Office
- Assist with fundraising and awareness events to recruit new donors
- Any other appropriate admin tasks delegated by the supervisor or the directors of Fundraising Department
About You
- University graduation in Business Management or related field
- Experience providing excellent administration support, preferably in a multicultural team
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Experience with Salesforce (or other similar contract management system)
- Warm and friendly, builds rapport quickly
- Excellent communicator – strong verbal and written Khmer and English skills
- Clear understanding and genuine commitment to AHC’s mission
- Ability to determine priorities and meet multiple deadlines
- Ability to handle and utilise constructive feedback to improve results
- Calm under pressure
- Knowledge in healthcare is an advantage
