Purpose of Activity/Assignment: In-depth Study of the determinants and pathways in which vulnerability and resilience has shaped the experience of Cambodian households during economic shocks over the almost 3-year period.

Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Master's Degree Education in Economics, development economics, social sciences, public health, international development, public policy, research methods, or another relevant technical field where research methods including quantitative research methods were an integral part of the training (20 points)
Knowledge/Expertise/Skills required:
- Knowledge of Stata or R AND Excel (10 points)
- Experience with analyzing panel/longitudinal or complex data sets (20 points)
- Experience in socio-economic analysis; analysis of vulnerability and poverty an asset (20 points)
- Quality of past work (examples of past work to be shared) (20 points)
