This role is responsible for planning, developing, implementing all ICT learning program to ensures the quality of teaching and learning of ICT by using CCF teacher supervisory plan and CCF pedagogy framework. He/she also responsible for conducting training needs assessment (TNA) and providing professional development training to teachers and education staff regarding ICT, E-learning and Digital Literacy. The role also takes a lead in Learning Management System (LMS) development and implementation and works closely with STEAM team to support all STEAM program.

Key Responsibilities
- Takes a lead to develop and implement all ICT planning at CCF including curriculum (curriculum framework, and curriculum details by grade), long term plan, medium term plan, and short term plan;
- Takes a lead in the development of ICT text books from grade 1 to grade 12 (ICT student’s book, ICT Teacher Guide, and ICT Activity Book);
- Initiates and takes lead the development and implementation of ICT Assessment Framework for all grades;
- Ensures the quality of teaching and learning for ICT program by using CCF teacher supervisory plan and CCF pedagogy framework;
- Trains, supports and monitors the performance of the ICT Teachers and any ICT team members;
- Conducts training need assessment (TNA) and provides professional development to teachers and education staff regarding ICT and Digital Literacy when needed;
- Supports and initiates the projects and clubs in areas of E-Learning & ICT;
- Researches new e-learning tools related to the curriculum and provide classes to teach students and teachers on how to use these tools;
- Liaises with teacher team leaders to identify ICT and E-learning opportunities or solve problem in using e-learning activities and ICT programs;
- Monitor and assess students to ensure they are meeting ICT learning objectives;
- Consistently update and improve ICT Skills in areas of coding, graphic design, video production, web development and electronics;
- Lead the development and implementation of Learning Management System (LMS) for CCF education program that ensure the up to date teaching and learning.
- Support all distance and online learning at CCF.
- Work closely and collaboratively with STEM team to ensure good outcomes for STEM program.
Requirements
- Degree in information technology, education, or a related subject;
- 2 years’ experiences in teaching methodology development, and ICT program development & implementation;
- Experience in teaching E-Learning, STEM, Arduino, 3D Design, Kodu and Microsoft Digital Literacy Curriculum;
- Knowledge in Coding, Programming and web-designing;
- Good supervisory skills, researching skills and administration management skills;
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in both Khmer and English;
- Be honest, trustworthy, respectful, and helpful;
- High commitment, responsibility, accountability and be flexible;
- All staff need to undergo a working with Children screening.
