The Project Manager will manage and lead the CMSP team to manage successful case interventions and support services to meet the needs of survivors of human trafficking and sexual abuse. The role will involve developing staff through regular catch-up meetings, performance management and managing the project's key components including project planning, budgets, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and working in strong collaboration with key stakeholders to fulfill the project objective.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the proposal, budgeting, and reporting development
- Lead the team to develop and manage the project annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly work plans, based on each role and responsibility.
- Monitor all project activities in alignment with the project workplan/logframe and the Chab Dai strategic plan.
- Set clear objectives/expectation with the team members to ensure the staff are able to do their jobs well
- Write quarterly, half-yearly and annual reports for internal and external audiences.
- Build a solid network with NGOs in Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia and China for case intervention and support
- Develop relationships with Cambodian embassies in order to receive/provide appropriate referrals.
- Provide financial oversight of the project in accordance with Chab Dai’s policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage the project staff, encourage and guide the project staff to grow personally and professionally through identifying professional development training opportunities
- Lead the monthly meeting with the project team to discuss and reflect on the progress of the project activity and implementation, and identify the challenges and opportunities where applicable with
- sharing note with Program Management
- Lead and manage staff coaching/mentoring, performance management meeting by scheduling a regular catch-up meeting and performance assessment/appraisal with each staff member.
- Maintain good collaboration/cooperation work internally, especially CBCC and LSP projects in
- Survivor Restoration Program to reflect the projects link/interaction work in supporting survivors in their restoration journey
- Provide team supervision and debriefing where needed.
- Respond to donor and stakeholder emails within an agreed timeframe.
- Support the wider team by being available to cover tasks including picking up victims/survivors at Cambodia International Airport, placing them in NGO partners’ shelter, or traveling to provinces, etc.
- Approximately 20% travel to the relevant Province for project monitoring and assessment. Obtain feedback from the local community on the project’s effectiveness.
- Observe the team's work with local authorities during the family assessment/needs assessment and give team feedback as needed.
- Search for new partner organizations in order to support the client.
- Maintain good relationships with the target stakeholders and donors of the project and represent Chab Dai in meetings with partners/stakeholders and relevant ministries.
- Any other tasks as required and agreed together with HoPM

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Research, Law, Psychology, with 6 years experiences in management or social work/Master Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, and Research with 4 years experiences in management or social work.
- Ability to work effectively with local projects at different stages of organizational development.
- Excellent leadership and organizational management skills.
- Experience working specifically with victims of abuse/trauma.
- Knowledge of child protection policy and best practices for organizations.
- Ability to multitask and respond to deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Khmer.
- Good administration skills, including computer skills in Microsoft/Google.
