Administrative Officer is responsible for maintaining day to day administrative and personnel services in order to meet requirement and support all departments and all CCF facilities. The role will in charge of asset and inventory management, purchasing materials and coordinate in office’s maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
Asset and Inventory Management
Ensure asset and inventory list are up to date by each CCF’s locations.
Register asset and inventory into asset database system with update information such as photo, and location etc.
Work with other Admin, Warehouse, Procurement and Finance team to produce consistent and accurate asset & inventory report.
Manage Admin stock to ensure the availability of the supplies when needed.
2. Purchasing and Maintenance
Manage petty cash for office running cost and prepare report on monthly basic to manager, relevant stakeholder as needed and ensure the alignment of finance policy.
Coordinate with Maintenance team on any office’s maintenance, office’s furniture and equipment fixing and renovation on time to ensure smooth running of CCF’s programs.
Coordinate the request from other programs/departments in purchasing goods/services in a timely manner with agreed quality and from end to end process.
Ensure all locations of utility consumption such as water, electricity…etc., are fully supply and strive to minimize costs.
Ensure security camera are working properly and maintain a good quality recorded.
Other tasks as assigned by manager
Requirements
Visibly ethical and able to demonstrate CCF values in day-to-day work.
Bachelor Degree of Business Administrative or relevant fields
Good written and spoken both Khmer and English
Strong computer skill: Microsoft Office, internet and email.
At least 2 years’ experiences in Administration work, inventory and asset management.
Effective communications skills
Strong office management skills
Able to work under pressure and toward tight deadlines.
Be honest, trust worthy, respectful and helpful
Be flexible, fast learning and good team player
Commitment toward the assigned tasks from line manager
