TB Community System Strengthening Coordinator (1 position)
To be based in Krakor Operational District, Pursat Province.

Job Summary:
CSSC will assist TB project implementation by working directly with local partners and community members, coordinating various project activities and events in support of Catholic Relief Services’ (CRS) work to serve the poor and vulnerable. Your service and community relations skills ensure that the local partners and communities feed into and benefit from the project that consistently applies best practices and continuously works towards improving its impact.

Roles and Key Responsibilities:

• Support the coordination and monitoring of project activities at the field level, ensuring implementation schedules are met as per the detailed activity plan, and that adherence to systems for quality project implementation are strengthened.
• Coordinate communication and facilitate information sharing among the project team, implementing partners, and project beneficiaries at the community level to assist local partners in strengthening the community interest, involvement and support networks.
• Liaise with various community stakeholders and mobilize them to ensure full involvement of community leaders, community representatives, and local government representatives in the overall implementation and improvement of project activities.
• In coordination with the project team support capacity building events for community representatives.  
• Coordinate, monitor, and report on volunteer activities.
• Compile data provided at the community level as per project requirements and contribute to the preparation of reports.
• In consultation with relevant stakeholders and support from SCSSC, develop detailed annual and quarterly operational budgets for TB project implementation. Working closely with CRS finance staff to ensure that project expenses are accurately accounted for and cash advances are liquidated to the Finance Department according to schedule and tracking budget expenditure on monthly basis.
• Ensure project expenditure is adhered to donor and CRS program quality standards
• Ensure the project process documented properly, up to date and in an accessible format; ensure that project planned to collect data in a timely manner; ensure that project activities implemented by supervisees are appropriately monitored and supervised.
• Provide on-the-job support, technical coaching and training to all HLC, PPMC in responsible OD (s) and local partners. Strengthen/develop linkages with local government and other NGOs to ensure that systems and relationships are in place to accomplish objectives and indicators agreed upon within the assigned OD (s).

Basic Qualifications

• University degree, preferably health related degree
• 2 years of work or experience in community health strengthening system and development/mobilization.
• Experience monitoring projects, collecting relevant data, data management and reporting preferred.
• Experience working on Global Fund grants is desired
• Have experience in health project implementation (planning, reporting, Budgeting and basic finance skill).
• Computer skills required (MS Office packages: Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is desired.
