Administrative Intern (1 position)
To be based in Phnom Penh.
Job Summary:
Administrative Intern will provide service in the day-to-day delivery of responsive, effective and efficient administrative activities in support of the Catholic Relief Services’ (CRS) mission to serve the poor and vulnerable. Administrative Intern will provide consistent and high-quality service and contribute to the proper stewardship of resources to help ensure operational effectiveness in support of high-quality programming.

Job Summary:
Administrative Intern will provide service in the day-to-day delivery of responsive, effective and efficient administrative activities in support of the Catholic Relief Services’ (CRS) mission to serve the poor and vulnerable. Administrative Intern will provide consistent and high-quality service and contribute to the proper stewardship of resources to help ensure operational effectiveness in support of high-quality programming.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Reception area and answering phone call. Make phone call to all vendors/suppliers regarding to payment such as collect check or wire transferred.
- Assist in mails in and out to/from field staff, provincial offices, NGOs, partners and related government agencies. Ensure printing labels and record in the mails log book and pick up from buses stations as per required. Collect and delivery documents to/from partners, ministries and bus station for field staffs.
- Ensure sufficient supplies and procurement for all refreshment and office supplies for meeting/training and workshop which will take place in offices’ meeting rooms.
- Serving and preparing beverages/refreshments and assist to prepare food and snack for meeting/training/workshop as per required.
- Assist in photocopy, scan, binding, typing and filling for all office documents as per request from Operations, Finance, Program Units and Human Resources and Administrative Manager.
- Assist in pay bills of utilities for offices and international staff residences and other in cash as per requested by Finance team.
- Support on tracking on the insurance from provincial staff and support to send out to Infinity company.
- Monthly monitor on stationery and office supplies, make sure all supplies are good maintained and accuracy on the list and actual stock.
- Performance others tasks as per assigned by the supervisor/Head of Operations.
Education Background, Experience & Requirements
- High School diploma required. Professional diploma/Certificate or courses in Administration preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration a plus.
- Fresh Graduated or a Maximum of two years’ experience working in an office environment in a clerical or administrative role.
- Experience with a local or international NGO a plus.
- Experience with typing/word processing, data entry into online databases and forms, and working with various office equipment.
- Experience in MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and information management systems. Proficient in Word.
