Responsibilities:
- Identify children who are at risks of family separation.
- Conduct child assessment and develop service plan to meet with children's needs.
- Provide counseling to children and/or their family members where necessary.
- Write children's intake, complete other case management forms and write chi d progress reports in English two times per year and correspondence letter one time per year and then upload into Holt International System to ensure timely submission.
- Provide regular follow up and monitor the children and families' progress toward their service plan.
- Maintain case files and write case note and other social work activities.
- Mobilize, co-ordinate, and advocate with other staff, Local authorities, community members and other NGOs to support children and families.
- Maximizes Holt's mission by assessing opportunities to develop extended programs and implementing new ways to assist homeless and vulnerable children in the target areas.
- Other duties as assigned by the team leader and Provincial Manager.
Requirements:
- University degree in social work or other related fields
- Experience in working with chi d welfare program and services
- Able to read, write and speak English and Khmer fluently
- Knowledge on case management
- Respect the differences and motivate to work with different ethnicities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Desire to travel and work in the field
- Computer Literacy (MS Office, Internet and e-mail ).
