The main purpose of the "Officer, In-house Solution Development" is
responsible for developing web application using Python programming
languages and related tools and frameworks. Take part in requirement
gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting, and implementing the
application system.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and develop a robust web application based on business requirement.
- Improve functionality of existing systems.
- Test and debug programs.
- Work closely with other developers, UX/UI designers, business and systems analysts.
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
- Contribute in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Perform other task as assigned by supervisor/management.
Skills Specifications
- Fresh graduate or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT and Engineering or equivalent.
- Experienced or sound knowledge of at least one popular Python framework (like Flask or Django).
- Familiarity with web development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Bootstrap, Ajax, JQuery, WebSocket.
- Good knowledge of Relational Databases like Postgres, SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle.
- Sound knowledge of other programming languages such as Java, NodeJS, VueJs/ReactJS is an advantage.
- Understanding of TDD, clean and modular code, and able to work in an Agile environment.
- Experienced in Quality Assurance is an advantage.
- Autonomous and proactive, quick learner, and effective communication.
- Good written and spoken English.
