Job Title : Officer, Corporate Compliance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in review business operation regards the compliance framework.
- Review and monitor on the compliance status with regulatory requirement as well as Group’s requirement and group-wide policies within Hattha Bank.
- Assist on the implementation on Volcker Rule and Gift & Entertaining.
- Monitor on the implementation of Prior Consultation and Reporting Framework requirement from the group;
- In-charge of preparing, reviewing, and monitoring on bank’s Policies, Procedures, Manuals, Guidelines, and User-guides and others.
- Assist to support branches and departments on the implementation of Anti-Bribery and Corruption and Conflict of Interest and prepare a report to management.
- Assist to monitor and work with related department/business unit on Client Protect and code of conduct.
- Assist to promote of Compliance culture through training, including the development of training material and compliance message to related staff both Khmer and English.
- Prepare monthly compliance, and other related compliance reports as required.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Fresh graduate in B.A in business, finance, legal or equivalent.
- Experience working in the banking industry.
- Knowledge on principle banking and financial institution operation.
- Knowledge on standard requirements on bank and FIs.
- Able to prepare and monitor on reports.
- Acquainted with computer systems and programs, such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Email & Internet.
- Be able to work independently as well as collaborative with team environment.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent command of Khmer and English.
- Some travel required.
