Job Title        : Senior Officer for Network Technical
No. of Position    : 01 Post.
Report to    : Supervisor for Network and Telecommunication
Closing Date    : 28 Feb 2023   
Working Office    : Head Office, Phnom Penh

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installs, and maintains network and telecommunication.
• Installs, and configure phone system (PABX).
• Provide network and telephone support to destination end device and users.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with network and telecommunication.
• Maintenance and repair network equipment, network tools, Avaya phone and phone system (PABX).
• Keep master Asset list and asset transfer form updated regularly.
• Ensuring the network operates are working smoothly.
• Performing necessary upgrades to the network infrastructure as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Reporting the progress and related issue on network performance and operation to supervisor/manager
• Perform other task as assigned by supervisor or management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree of information technology or related field is required.
• CCNA and Network Engineer Essential certification.
• Knowledge in networking technologies, TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, DHCP, DNS Networking, Router, Switch.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Interested in traveling/ working in the rural area learn or search on the new technology.
• Be able to work independent or as team.
• Team work cooperation and goal orientation.
