Job Title        : Senior Officer for Hardware Technical
No. of Position    : 01 Post.
Report to    : Unit Manager of ITD for Server Infrastructure & Desktop Solution
Closing Date    : 28 Feb 2023    
Working Office    : Head Office, Phnom Penh

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Control all process for IT Hardware component preparing outside with vendor and supplier.
• Document all computer changed/updated.
• Prepare statistical reports related to technical support for management as needed.
• Analyzing existing computer systems and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
• Collaborating with other departments for supporting new purchasing IT Hardware Component.
• Deploying the windows operating system through Windows Deployment Server (WDS).
• Manage client agents for server monitoring as well as agents for server management (SCCM).
• Perform others duties or tasks are assigned by manager.
• Prepare statistical reports related to technical support for management as needed.
• Perform other task as assigned by supervisor or management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree of information technology or related field is required.
• Work experience over 3 years related with hardware support.
• Ability to see potential problems in a system setup.
• Ability to work to a strict deadline.
• Analytical thinking with good problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of CCTV, TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, DHCP, DNS Networking, Router, Switch, Windows Server and can troubleshoot on Windows’s issue.
• Understand the computer deployment through Windows Deployment Service (WDS).
• Understand the system center configuration manager.
• Team work cooperation and goal orientation.
• Good English communication skills is a plus.
• Loyalty, honesty, patient work, positive attitude.
