How about these responsibilities? Would you enjoy them?
- Identify training needs of a medical team and provide appropriate training
- Make sure that all guidelines and procedures for medical care are updated and implemented
- Ensure quality support is provided to children/youth and families
- Control and monitor stock of medicines and medical supplies
- Build relationships and cooperation with referral hospitals and work closely with the relevant government
- Develop intervention plan with team leaders and other teams
- Organize a regular visit to outreach and provide technical support as need
- Write medical project report for Mith Samlanh, MoH, and donors
- Ensure that quality data is collected regarding medical activities
- Provide support to the M&E team to compile donor reports for medical care
- Attend meetings/ workshops related to medical care issues organized by partners and government
