Duties and responsibilities
General description
Health Centre/Nutrition Project is responsible related on administration, HC/NP Team Leader and Unit Manager.
Areas of duties and responsibilities/accountabilities
- Facilitate with health centres, local authorities and health networks (VHSGs).
- Training of Trainer on health community.
- Promotion of health awareness to VHSGs & villagers.
- Facilitate to screening MAM/SAM for children under five year in targeted community.
- Follow up MAM/SAM children in targeted community.
- Facilitate cooking demonstration in targeted villages.
- Facilitate monthly VHSGs meeting at health centres.
- Facilitate bi-monthly HCMC meeting at health centres.
- Facilitate bi-monthly woman affair meeting at communes.
- Prepare weekly summary expend.
- Assessment of new geography of villages, health centres, schools and communes.
- Assist the conduction of baseline survey, follow up survey and end line survey.
- Assist of cinema health promotion in community as needed.
- Assist of Happy Child Day by primary schools as needed.
- Preparing monthly action plan.
- Preparing monthly and yearly report.
- Join monthly staff meeting
- Perform any other relevant duties as required/undertakes other as assigned by the team leader and unit Management
Qualifications
Job holder of this position should have the following minimum of education requirement:
- Nursing background working at field at least 2 years or similar field will be discussed.
