Consultancy: FINAL PROJECT EVALUATION
ActionAid Cambodia (AAC) together with Cambodian Centre for Human Rights (CCHR), and Children and Women Development Centre in Cambodia (CWDCC), and all third parties implemented the 36 months project (March 2020 - February 2023) for “Securing access to and control over land and natural resources for vulnerable community fisheries in coastal areas of Cambodia”, funded by the European Commission – EIDHR/2019/412-318.The project aims to promote equitable access to and control over land and natural resources for vulnerable groups in Cambodia. The specific objective therefore is to capacitate and empower community network, especially women and vulnerable coastal Community Fisheries (CFi) living in poverty to work collaboratively to challenges the commercial exploitation on natural resources, community land and related human rights violations.
Therefore, we are looking for an external consultant (individual/groups) to conduct the project final evaluation to understand about effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, sustainability and impact as result of the project implementation.
