The Education Assistant is responsible for CCF’s wellbeing and other office tasks. This role works closely with student affairs managers, education officer, and school operation coordinator to ensure student’s enrollment, transferring, attendance, academic performance at public school and other administrative tasks at CCF’s school. The role reports to the Student Affairs Manager. That being said, strong liaison with the public school sectors, and all staff is critical to ensure alignment to CCF strategy and philosophy of education and this role is an integral part of the CCF education program.

Key Responsibilities
Model the organization’s values and associated behaviors within the office.
Manage and facilitate approximately 150 high school students studying in three schools.
Liaise internal and external in transferring students to align within public school’s timeframe.
Clearly guide and instruct a new academic year’s enrollment/studying application form to all students.
Accurate data of student daily attendance for both (Public school & CCF’s school) have been well recorded in system.
Conduct monthly perfect attendance incentive package for student in both schools (Public school & CCF’s school)
Actively handle all kinds of problems/challenges for all students with public school and CCF’s school by using CCF’s school regulation
Monthly collect all student’s studying record books from all teachers and data entry into system.
Send monthly progressing report of every single student to line manager and concerned team with initiative recommendation in order to help students who are under school’s academic performance records and move them to meet remarkable ranks.
Review and check with current official documents of each student and ensure consistency with database and master list.
Strengthen students on individual ownership and responsible mindset.
Support and guide student council members to be functional and high responsibilities for their own tasks and roles
Shape and abide students with Public schools and CCF’s internal school regulations.
Register and input data of monthly student community/volunteer work into database system.
Maintain a good relationship among public school teachers, CCF’s students, parents and team.
Monthly distribute the pocket money for the students in Grade 9/10/11/12 and events at CCF.
Requirements
Visibly ethical, able to demonstrate CCF values in day-to-day work
Experience working in education sector is advantages.
Command of both spoken and written English and Khmer
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multiple constituencies including parents, teachers, other concerned staff, and students;
Problem solving ability of counseling; being well organizing, detailed oriented and accuracy.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as word, excel, PowerPoint, and email.
Be honest and trustworthy, patient, respectful and helpful
All staff need to undergo a working with Children screen
