CARE is seeking a qualified Cambodian national candidate to fill the position of Senior Program Manager - Socially Marginalised Women (SPM-SMW) based in Phnom Penh with frequent travel to other sites as required.
Salary Range: $1772 - $1887

II- SELECTION CRITERIA:
Minimum Masters’ Degree in management, international development or equivalent and/or minimum 5 year’s relevant work experience, preferably with an International Non-Government Organisation (INGO);
Demonstrated experience in providing strategic direction and operational experience to field operations
Excellent knowledge of INGOs within the Cambodia context and has a clear understanding of grants and projects;
Proven experience in project and financial management in a complex donor environment;
Proven experience in building and maintaining effective networks with all stakeholders;
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams in culturally diverse environments;
Demonstrated experience in effectively leading, people management and motivating a team;
Proven high level organisational and time management skills, including the ability to plan and manage workflows and balance competing priorities to ensure timely processing and to meet deadlines in a complex environment;
Demonstrated critical and analytical thinking, judgement, problem solving, decision making and influencing skills;
Demonstrated honesty, maintaining confidentiality, reliable and integrity;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent written and spoken English; and
Excellent in Microsoft Office with knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel and intermediate numeric skills
