The Project Assistant (PA) works under direct supervision of Provincial Leader. S/he will assist the Provincial Leader to provide overall planning and leadership for FOH sub-program in the region, in accordance with the strategies and frameworks, and Assist PL in applying and model effectively the FOH Mission, Vision, and Core values, preparing monthly, yearly budget, preparing daily/monthly finance transactions, and supervises cash flow in the areas, ,and in controlling Minitoring & Evaluation report by providing technical support to projects staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure that FOH inventory & fixed assets are appropriately recorded in the systems and are posted the sticker with correct purchase date then report them to Provincial Leader, and Head Office for every 3 month.
- Maintain the warehouse and make sure that materials are In or Out with correct balance
- To monitor and prepare any contracts; such as office contract, Internet . ..
- To ensure that office stationery and supplies are purchased to meet the requirement of the project.
- Provide technical assistance to PL in collecting Debit, Credit advice, Bank Statement and Passbook update
- Collects weekly or monthly invoices or payments transaction and ensure that all expenditure are accuracy and transparency.
- Prepare and entry daily expenditure vouchers into accounting system, Excell Spreadsheet. Make sure that each payment is supported with enough documents.
- Controls accounting documents (requests for advance, internal requests, vouchers, invoices, etc.) to ensure that they are signed by authorized and responsible staff.
- In cooperation and coordination with the financial planning process, prepare monthly and annual budget for all projects with PL and Management Team then submit it to Head Office.
- Assist provincial Leader to attend the meeting with local authority and write the meeting minute to PL.
- Assist Provincial Leader in controlling Minitoring & Evaluation report by providing technical support to projects staff.
- Support staff in raising awareness of critical problems and help to facilitate better responses in the communities, as appropriate.
- Regularly pay visit to the fiel to help programs in conducting Semenars, training and workshop, and make sure that money is distriputed reach to participants.
- Monitor financial accounting period reports the provinces to ensure that internal control procedures policies adhered to;
- Ensure that independent external audit recommendation pertaining FOH accounting implemented
- Conduct regular monitoring to communities and do cash count.
- Perform internal control to ensure that financial transaction comply with the financial guidelines procedures.
Requirments
- At least 2 years’ experience in NGO secctors
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Accounting, and related field
- Computer Word, Excell, Power Point,
- Committed, and hard-working
- Be proactive and flexible person
- Punctual and strict on deadline
- Open minded and willing to learn
- Able to work with minimum supervision and maintain composure under pressure;
