The Communications Assistant shall assist Communications Officer in planning and implementing of the ActionAid Cambodia (AAC) Communications Strategy, raising and maintaining the profile of the AAC including the development and updates of the website and social media; designing IEC materials and ensuring all communications are dynamic and responsive to the needs of the organization.

Essential Experience Knowledge and Skills
- Strong background knowledge, skill, in media and communication sector, with at least 2 years working experience
- High proficiency in feature stories, report writing, articles and case
- studies etc.
- High proficiency English and Khmer (both speaking and writing)
- High proficiency in ICT Skill and Internet/ information security
- Knowledge and ability to use software for multimedia design including, Adobe Creative Suite and digital media required
Desirable Knowledge, Experience and Skills
- Experience in implementing communications strategies
- Experience in social media platforms
- Experience in web design would be an advantage
- Organisation thinking and prioritizing skill
- Good presentation and public speaking skill
