Save the Children seeks a Grants Manager for the five-year USAID/Cambodia Advancing Youth Leadership Activity. The anticipated program will enhance the capacity and leadership of youth, especially those from marginalized groups such as indigenous populations and LGBTQI+, to engage in the political process, to address local development issues and to increase civic participation.
The Grants Manager will be responsible for the overall management and execution of the grants under contract (GUC) portfolio of the AYL Activity. As the Activity anticipates a large and complex sub-grant component working with high number of local entities in many provinces, this position will be critical to the overall implementation of the project.
In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.
Note: This position is contingent upon donor approval and funding.
