Empowering Youth in Cambodia (EYC) is a grassroots organization based in Phnom Penh, working in 4 poor communities to improve the lives of young people and their families by providing equitable access to education, opportunities, health and empowerment programs since 2006. We are currently looking for three qualified Cambodian candidates to fill the positions of:
Full-Time and Part-time Computer Teachers

Working Hours:
- Full-Time (Monday - Friday 8:00am-11:00am & 2:00pm-5:00pm)
- Part-Time (Monday - Friday 5:30pm-8:30pm)
- Aziza Thmey School (EYC) Chak Angre Krom, Phnom Penh
- Impact School (EYC) Russey Keo, Phnom Penh
- Prepare lessons plan
- Teach computer to students in the use of learning materials and equipment
- Develop teaching methods, techniques and materials
- Monitor the progress of the students
- Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary system of the school
- Update all necessary records accurately and completely as required
- Attend teacher meeting every two months
- Monthly report about program situation to IT manager
- Work with other teachers to improve the quality of teaching
- Fix computers if any problems occur
- Make the class is clean and organized
- Work cooperatively with school manager and fellow teachers on dealing with the decrease in student number
- Female or male (Female is highly encouraged)
- University or graduate students, preference field in IT or Computer Science
- Be able to teach Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and Some Coding
- Experience in computer teaching
- Commit and value the vision of the organization
- English speaking
- Be highly responsible
- Be able to develop teaching materials
- Have good communication and people skills, and a desire to work with disadvantaged communities and be passionate about helping people
