Cambodian nationals to fill in the following position:
Position: Business Development Manager
Salary: Negotiate
Starting date: 01 October 2022
CSA in need of a business development manager that work will be cover the commercial activities from planning, communication, execution, and evaluation. The key person will take ownership and be responsible to work for generalizing marketing and communication strategy and ensuring their management for execution, and fund-raising activities/ campaign. Below are the primary and secondary roles and responsibilities:
Primary
Planning
- Generalizing existing marketing and communication plan and arranging a framework that execution into a calendar plan.
- Integrate digital media strategy and breakdown into the content calendar that fits
- CSA’s organizational objective
- Generalize content into the concept and work on design contents
Execution & Evaluation
- Ensure social media posting and implement social media strategy.
- Design media strategy with audiences, and channels (boosting plan)
- Track and report with reflective changes on the content performance.
- Generate weekly page monitor, post-performance, and page growth
- Community and sensitivity management
- Sentiment analysis: daily, monthly, and campaign
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
- Update website content and other channels such as LinkedIn, etc.
- Overview the activation of event or activities both from CSA independent campaign or CSR collaborative campaign.
Secondary
- Research partners, identify key players, and generate interest
- Identify and source potential partnership opportunities such as B2B, B2C for partner or CSR collaboration
- Communicate with potential partners for workflow including events, creative assets, concepts, etc.
- Forecast and measure collaboration and partnership work performance.
- Observe and generate more on-ground insight besides social media including social events, activities, and discussion
- Suggest a strategic angle that reflects the current situation and those activities.
- Suggest key potential partners.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing relevant tools such as Ad tag, Ads manager, etc.
