Job Responsibilities
- Initiate trade finance products, new products/solutions to internal and external customers.
- Develop the effective business strategic plans to uplift trade finance revenue and interest income.
- Structuring and analyzing customer transaction’s flow to comply with bank policy and procedure.
- Maintenance and update trade finance products for supporting selling strategy.
- Preparing trade finance products workflow and procedure
- Processing trade finance operation and process improvement
- Build strong relationship with existing customer and defining the market opportunity
- Engage and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to put in place and improve products operational processes, including Trade Finance and Payment transactions.
- Present business, product training and mentoring to internal staff.
- Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor/master’s degree in business, Management, or other related fields.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience banking services / trade finance/ international payment.
- Very good influencing, communication, sales, and customer relationship skills.
- Demonstrate personal responsibility/ accountability to deliver the set results.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and have a willingness to work under high pressure working environment.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Very good command of English and Chinese is a plus.
