Development and Partnership in Action (DPA) is a Cambodian non-government organisation that has been implementing development programmes on Natural Resource Management and Food Security and Financial Sustainability in Cambodia for over 30 years. DPA currently has two main programmes: Integrated Community Development Programme (ICDP) and Partnership and Advocacy Programme (PAP).
Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer (Re-advertisement): This position is based in Phnom Penh and travel regularly to the target provinces.
Key Roles and responsibilities:
- Providing overall guidance on planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the projects of
- ICDP.
- Developing and improving the monitoring system and database.
- Facilitating and supporting the external project evaluation process.
- Supporting in analysing data and writing up the annual and completion narrative reports.
- Facilitating learning on monitoring, database management and evaluation.
Qualifications Required:
- University degree in Economic Development (specialised in Monitoring and Evaluation) and other fields.
- At least five years of experience working with NGOs, preferably in the field of M&E and integrated community development.
- Knowledge and experience in agriculture, agricultural cooperative, natural resource management, and climate change are advantage.
- Knowledge and experience working with poor and marginalised people.
- Strong leadership and management, staff development and networking.
- Very good in written and spoken English.
- Sound computer skills, including MS Word, SPSS, Excel, e-mail and Internet.
