Job Responsibilities
- Initiate business products feature and selling strategy and communicate new products/solutions to internal and external customers.
- Process, Issue and Confirm trade finance products and services.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis on business products advantage and propose plan for modification to stay strong in competitive ability.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to put in place and improve products operational processes including Trade Finance and Payment transactions.
- Present business product training and mentoring to internal staff.
- Lead and coaching subordinate to performance daily task efficiency to support department business development.
- Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/ Professional Qualification in accounting/Finance/Economics or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience banking services / trade finance/ international payment.
- Good knowledge of SWIFT message
- Very good command of English and positive and committed attitude
- Ability to organize and work under pressures on timeline.
- High commitment on delivery and willing to learn new.
- Chinese language is the plus.
