The role
Note: For Cambodian applications Only
School Maintenance Officer will provide high quality and professional customer service to the school and is to maintain the school’s building and equipment to an agreed standard. This role is working on property tasks which is handling on maintain, fixing, and doing monthly report. Additional, this role responsible on purchase property’s materials, tools and record in master list and ensure all maintenance support on time for program needed.

Reports to: Administrative Manager

Key Liaison: All CCF Staff
Key Responsibilities
Make small repairs as needed, sometimes improvising solutions
Respond to maintenance emergencies on and on-call basis
Daily monitor and on property, generator, electrical, air conditioner safety systems equipment to make sure well managed, functioned, maintained and reported
Work closely with maintenance contractor to ensure maintenance services is provided timely and effectively
Keep the school building and ground secure, reporting breaches of security and ensure that any resultant damage is repaired or fault rectified properly and promptly
Maintain building exteriors and office interiors of NCA building
Do budget and plan for new projects as required
Update weekly follow up maintenance list on hand
Follow up work to make sure all tasks assigned are done without any issues
Monitor and support on fire extinguisher, utilities maintain
Work closely with Splash Org, take care every time and all location if there are something wrong with Water Purifier (maintain and replacement)
Collaborate with programs, department and outside services and other professionals during renovations.
Requirements
Visibly ethical and able to demonstrate CCF values in day-to-day work;
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field or equivalent degree (electrical or mechanical)
At least 3 years working experience in maintenance services
Good in English Both Writing and Speaking and verbal communication skills
Demonstrable knowledge of Plumbing, construction and electrical system
Good knowledge of using hand tools and electrical tools
Be able to work under pressure and deadline
Be honest, trustworthy, respectful, and helpful;
High compassion and commitment to work with community people and poor children.
