IT Infrastructure Specialist is key to enabling effective delivery of services to the company’s customers and to enabling effective operations. To do this he/she will ensure the efficiency, reliability and scaling ability of the company’s infrastructure and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s IT infrastructure including network, servers, VMs, backups, disaster recovery
- Ensure there is a strong monitoring in place
- Oversee Microsoft 365 administration and other SaaS products
- Ensure infrastructure and system documentation is up to date
- Work together with developers to ensure continuous integration and delivery
- Ensure on-time delivery of project’s infrastructure components
- Ensure maximum system uptime
- Provide support for all systems and applications
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, working closely with development teams
- Experience with ESXI, Fortinet, Mikrotik and DPLC is a plus
- Project management with Agile methodology experience is a plus
- At ease with network administration
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience with AWS is a plus, or clear willingness to learn
- Experience with DevOps principles is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Financial institution experience is a plus
- Fluent in English
