The Deputy Branch Manager will be mainly responsible for leading the Sales Team to reach the branch’s KPIs as set by the company and the overall management of the branch functions. You will work directly with the OM and related department managers. He/She should have a common understanding of sales strategy and management, dealer relationship management and branch management in financial institutions.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop annually, monthly and weekly lending strategies disbursement accordingly to goal vision and mission of i-finance
- Plan to expand operations area and staffing needs
- Monitor and coordinate for solving the problem in the branch
- Find the solution resolving that issued internal/external conflict in branch
- Direct and manage the Sales and Field team to ensure branch achieve the KPIs as set by the Company
- Market visit and make closely deal with dealers in the branch operation area
- Conduct field visit with sale supervisor, sale and help them find-out new dealers, customer
- Promote of products and services of i-finance
- Supervise the sales activities (the Application and the Disbursement process) to make sure the standard turns around time is well implemented.
Requirements:
- Three years’ experience in leasing/MFI/Bank
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of market research techniques
- Exquisite communication and people skills
- Autonomous and problem-solving mindset
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong leading and management skill
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to meet deadlines promptly
