Position: Digital Health Intervention Specialist -- RHAC

RHAC was established in 1996 with a strong determination to bring quality health services to the community, especially for the vulnerable groups. As a leading institution in providing quality SRH services, we tailor our work to address the high unmet needs in the areas of family planning, reproductive tract infections among women and men, pregnant women’s health care, child health, HIV/AIDS.

 Digital Health Intervention Specialist: 01 Position (Based in Phnom Penh) 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Summary

Responsible for the effective implementation of RHAC’s Digital Health Intervention project on Self Manage Medical Abortion (SMMA). Design and develop innovative strategies to ensure RHAC’s social media infrastructure improved and attractive. Work closely with Field Support Manager to ensure the DHI project is effectively implemented at the field level. Support DHI field project officer in implementing the DHI SMMA implementing strategy. Work with M&E department to develop M&E plan for tracking project progress and evaluate the project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Adapt international experience in digital/Health to the national conditions.
  • Improve current RHAC IT/Social media infrastructure.
  • Develop guideline for DHI implementation at the field.
  • Develop digital messages on SMMA/SRHR.
  • Coordinate with national stakeholders to advocate for SMMA, arrange field visit of national team, report project progress to the national program, and meet with partners at central level.
  • Work with M&E department to develop M&E plan for tracking project progress and evaluate the project outcomes.
  • Responsible for communicating and reporting to donor and RHAC management team.
  • Provide staff capacity building on DHI implementation in collaboration with filed support manager.
  • Conduct routine supervision, monitoring visits.
  • Write quarterly, semi and annual narrative report.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Masters’ Degree at least in Information Technology, preferably with a health background.
  • A minimum of three-year experience in developing digital platform and other relevant IT.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Good computer skills, especially in IT and Media.
  • Good communication, training and presentation skills.
  • Good public relations and coordination skills.
  • Willing to work flexible hours and travel to province.
