MONITORING & EVALUATION MANAGER

Does this describe you?
- You have several years of NGO experience in data collection systems, reporting, research and analysis
- You are a dynamic leader who is passionate about supporting and training others
- You are experienced in ensuring work standards, processes and procedures are being followed
- You are excellent at looking at details and ensuring accuracy of various data
- You are comfortable working with external stakeholders such as donor agencies, government, NGO partners
- You have a strong commitment to work on building futures for children, youth their families and their communities
We are revamping an entire M&E/MEL system for all Friends programs and we are looking for someone to manage this in Siem Reap. You will be working with our teams in Siem Reap in supporting them to implement the right processes, tools and procedures to ensure we have the information that is needed, and its accuracy and consistency across the different projects. You will also be managing assessments and evaluations aiming to find new learnings and share those with other programs and partners. We would like you to work closely with our teams on the field and provide training and support so that they can use the new system properly and reduce their admin work headache. You’ll also get a chance to work with our partners and provide the technical support that they need. You’ll be involved in topics related to child protection, education, employment and many others together with more than 400 #EverdayHeroes in Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, Indonesia and Myanmar!
