Institut Pasteur du Cambodge will recruit a full-time laboratory technician to reinforce the Blood Analysis Laboratory at the Medical Laboratory Unit. One-year contract, renewable.
RECRUITMENT CONDITIONS
- Technical diploma or certificate from institute or university
- Fresh graduated accepted
- Language required: Khmer and English or French
- Available to start from November 16th, 2020

MAIN RESPOSIBITIES
- Routine work in Blood Analysis Lab: prepare and control automats before sampling (maintenance, calibrations, internal quality control), follow the internal quality controls, know how to recognize a drift of automats, check and prepare patient samples, perform Hematology, Biochemistry, and Immunoserology tests according to good practice (follow the instructions in the quality documents), realize manual techniques
- Maintain the workstation and the equipment, in particular by carrying out the maintenances, respecting the procedures applicable to the laboratory, participate in the development, implementation and improvement of the laboratory quality system
- Ensure the implementation of internal and external quality controls
- Perform other related tasks as needed
