Clinical Director
Marie Stopes International Cambodia is seeking a Clinical Director* to lead our Quality Assurance and Training team. Reporting to the Country Director, this is a unique opportunity to contribute your skills and commitment to a rewarding role with a social enterprise delivering essential health services to Cambodian women and men.
As Clinical Director you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring quality sexual and reproductive health (SRH) clinical services and quality assurance programs are delivered in accordance with National and MSI global standards
- Managing the development, implementation and continuous improvement of quality assessment tools and training curriculums
- Provide leadership and clinical expertise in the development of SRH programmes in line with global strategy and to support roll out of new clinical services.
Qualifications/Skills and Experience:
- At least 10 years clinical experience with 3 years in a senior management position
- Strong experience in developing and monitoring of quality assurance mechanisms
- Experience developing and conducting clinical training sessions
- Experience in reproductive health desired but not essential
- Intimate understanding of Cambodia health sector, laws and policy essential
- Excellent people management and interpersonal communication skills

*This role will commence as Deputy Clinical Director. After a period of induction with our current, retiring Clinical Director, will be appointed as Clinical Director from May 2021.
