Job Introduction
-
The incumbent is responsible to oversees the day-to-day management
of the Deployment Management process. She/he also improve
controllership, QA and environments stability.
Job Description
-
Prepares deployment plan to align with
release management lifecycle and communicates the deployment plan to
relevant stakeholders;
-
Reviews and conducts final QA to ensure
package work well and to minimize the site effect after deployment;

Releases software only when it passes all quality gates;
-
Meets customer expectations about bug fixes and feature requests going live;

Achieves more predicable cycles and better
task scheduling, and consistently handle all staging environment;

Enhances collaboration between Dev, Ops and
Stakeholders, and considers to use automation whenever possible;

Sets up a business approval workflow, and continuously improve the release process;

Deploys package in timely manner to ensure the supporting of business operation .

Development of testing repository for reusable purpose and fasten the final test process

Properly track releases and provide matrices and transparency;
-
Work closely with analyst and development
team to ensure the synchronization of work plan and to be ready for
deployment;

Assists to manage staging environment to
ensure it's up to date (core banking system, digital channel, in-house
development);
-
Continues to distribute last update into staging environment when there are any changes;
-
Evaluates the deployment and properly manages on site effect after deployment;
-
Provides feedback to development and testing
team for next release and record keeping of all deployment properly;

Follows the release and deployment to comply with standard;

Feedbacks report from customer on the release and deployment process;

Defines and modifies the process to ensure best practice of release and deployment team;

Review on release & deployment on monthly basis
Job Requirements
-
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related fields;
-
Minimum 03 years of work experience in Core Banking System, T24 system or other relevant works;

Good knowledge of computer applications in MS such as words, excel, power point;

Ability to work individual independence and with team;
-
General programming skills, analyzing
information, problem solving, algorithm, software performance testing
and tuning, attention to detail;
-
Good analytic, communications and interpersonal skills;
-
Deadline oriented individual with proven excellent customer service skills;
-
Demonstrates a strong personal commitment to customers’ needs and corporate objectives;
-
Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English.
