Provide efficient of trade finance services to the
customers, such as issuing a letter of bank guarantee and import/export
LC on behalf of customer to the beneficiary/beneficiary bank promptly on
time.
Location
- Head Office, Phnom Penh (1 post).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Call or contact customers in any channel to get trade clients join ABA.
- Keeping good relations with existing customers that use our trade finance service and try to find new trade finance customers.
- Handle Import and Export Documents.
- Laisia with customer on processing Bill Transactions.
- Check all Import and Export Documents such as Letter of Credit, Shipping Guarantees and Import/Export Bills.
- Monitor Bills Due and Ensure bills promptly settled.
- Perform checking of all documentary credit documents.
- Report to the Head of Trade Finance Operations Dept.
- Prepare weekly report of activities and promotion of trade finance services.
- Prepare monthly report of balancing outstanding of LC and BG.
- Assist with branch to meet trade clients upon their requested.
- Attend monthly meeting and discussing new strategy of trade finance.
- Update to management with trade finance rate in the market or other bank.
- Do other task assigned by management.
Skills and requirements
- Bachelor degree in business, accounting or finance and banking.
- Have 2 years experiences with trade finance operations.
- Good writing and communication in English.
- Self confident and self motivation encourage.
- Good communication skill with customers.
- Responsibility and loyalty with bank.
- Have knowledge of trade finance service and trade loan.
- Understanding work-flow of trade finance.
- Be able to consult trade loan with customers independently.
