Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) is a Cambodia’s governmental organization under the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS). Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Japan Foundation (JF) are providing financial and technical cooperation to further develop the center's operation based on the agreement between governments of Cambodia and Japan. CJCC was established in 2004 with the purpose of training and enhancing Human Resource Development to ensure highly competent and qualified human resources, and to continue strengthening and expanding mutual understanding and cooperation between Cambodia and Japan through the three main activities of Business Training, Japanese Language Training, and Culture and Exchange Program. CCJCC is now seeking for qualified candidates to fill the positions of Assistant to JICA Expert on Business Networking – Full Time (1 position)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement activities of CJBI (Cambodia-Japan Association
for Business & Investment) with the officials concerned in CJCC as
follows:
- updating the information of the homepage in English
- communicating with CJBI member companies, which includes providing information on the activities of CJBI to the member companies/individuals in English
- developing new customer base while improving good relationship with existing customers
- engaging in administration works in daily operation
- planning and implementing events such as seminars, workshops and business matching events.
- Plan and implement other business events of CJCC such as job fairs, seminars, business matching events under the supervision of CJCC Management
- Establish networking platform on business in Cambodia with various Cambodian and Japanese stakeholders
- Collect and analyze data of economic information on Cambodia and share with CJCC Management
- Implement tasks required by Human Resource Development (HRD) Department and other tasks assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- At least three-year working experiences in business networking, sales/marketing, external relations/public information and/or other related areas
- Education level in Bachelor’s degree in University or any amount of experience, knowledge, and skills that will enable you to perform the tasks proficiently
- Strong motivation, good attitude, and high sense of responsibility
- Good command in using English; Japanese is a plus
- Multitasking skills under pressure
Salary: Between USD650.00 – USD750.00 plus transportation fee based on experiences and qualifications.
